House

Our house, located directly adjacent to the University’s Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences (WiSo), has an open, community-oriented design. The entrance on the small street “Maxtormauer” is accessible for the disabled.

One more advantage: our application process is fast and problem-free, with no bureaucratic hassles. It’s a great alternative to old-school dormitories or long searches for shared accommodations.

Every apartment is nice and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows. The incoming daylight can be adjusted to your individual needs through electrically-controlled blinds.

Comfy and cozy – your new apartment: Our stylish studio apartments are available in two different sizes – 19 m² or 21 m², depending on your needs.

All apartments have a clear, furnished structure: a living and working space with a high-quality kitchenette plus a private bath with your own shower and toilet. The apartments are warmed with underfloor heating, eliminating the need for heating elements and maximizing your available space.

Everything in the house is designed in an urban, trendy and comfortable style, in warm materials and colors.

We deliver the perfect framework – but it needs you and your favorite things to make it your own home. Time to move in!
